Major earthworks, HDPE geomembrane installation for leachate containment, multi trade technical buildings covering civil works, air conditioning, high and low voltage systems and instrumentation.

Role held: Tender documents, bid analysis, subcontractor award, quality plans with inspection and test plans, hold points and non conformity registers, progress management by earned value.

Outcome: Commissioning completed and transfer into operation. Entry into service evidences delivery.

Public bridge and culvert works, Canala, Houailou, Koumac

Appointed by: SEMVKP, on behalf of public authorities

Location: New Caledonia

Composite bridges in high performance concrete and steel, deep foundations, road diversions and technical platforms, on sites far from logistics bases.

Role held: The complete chain: programming, tender documents, contract award, contract supervision, handover, as built documentation. Coordination between the geotechnical engineer, the inspection body and the contractors.

Outcome: Structures handed over, snag lists cleared, as built files compiled and checked. Operations directed in full autonomy.

Owner side project management, capital works

Roads, services and buildings on a live industrial site

Client: Vale New Caledonia
Role: senior project manager, capital works
Period: 2019 and 2020
Location: New Caledonia

Roads, underground services and buildings delivered on an industrial site that never stops: permanent coactivity between construction and production, access permits, constrained working windows.

Role held: Directing capital projects from definition to handover, coordinating all parties, protecting milestones, documentary compliance and clearance of outstanding items.

Outcome: Operations handed over, snag lists cleared, as built dossiers compiled to the operator's own standards.

Client: SAEML Nord Avenir
Role: operations manager, owner advisory
Period: 2021 and 2022
Location: New Caledonia

Roads, civil structures and buildings forming the multi year capital investment programme of a public private development company.

Role held: Coordination between the client, the design team and the contractors, management of programme, risk and progress, technical arbitration and interface management between operations.

Outcome: Progress tracked operation by operation, arbitration decisions documented, reporting delivered to the board on a fixed cycle.
